2. Follow the instructions: Place your reference ring on the printed circles and find the size that best fits the inside width of your ring. Make sure the ring fits snugly against the circles without any gaps or distortion.

   • Preparation : Use a soft thread or tape to measure your finger.
   • Measure : Wrap the thread or ribbon around the base of your finger where you will wear the ring. Mark the overlap point and measure the length of the thread or ribbon using a ruler to get the circumference in millimeters.
